Alexandra O'Donohue

Dr. Alexandra O'Donohue is a postdoctoral researcher in the Bioengineering & Molecular Medicine group within the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. Her work focuses on designing and generating tissue-specific adeno-associated vectors, with a keen focus on bone and muscle. She hopes to combine these with gene editing tools to create gene therapies for diseases such as Neurofibromatosis (NF) and Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
